Karaoke

Haha so I wasn't going to go out last night but I ended up going to karaoke with a bunch of friends. It was pretty funny because me and some RC people were meeting Cindy, who said some people were already there, who turned out to be Sabrina and Irene from Bryn Mawr and some other people I know, everyone just always runs into the same people I guess. But yeah, it was my first karaoke experience! You get a room and you all sit around the screen and there's a few mikes but mostly everyone just sings. Some of the people we went with knew some Cantonese and Chinese songs, but we did a lot of pop, NSYNC and Britney and such. It was pretty hilarious at some points. Also apparently you are not allowed to stand on the couches to dance and such. I also liked how often the guys knew the lyrics to Britney Spears or Mariah Carey better than the girls, it was pretty funny. Anyways, we stayed out til about 3 and I slept in late and now I think I really should actually try to get something useful done.
