Wednesday September 26th

No school Wednesday! Yay! so after sleeping in after the late Tuesday, we (we=Megha, Anski, Cindy, Charles, Thao, Jeff) headed to Ocean Park, which is a sort of Sea World like theme park. Except cooler because it has a really beautiful location, check out my facebook pics! Great views. We went and saw some sea animal exhibits, a dolphin and sea lion show, which was SO Asian. Like they had all these sound affects for when the animals did a trick that were so Asian game show. It was also a beautiful day for it, sunny but not too hot. We got some slushies, which turned my tongue immediately green. Then we started to ride the rides, like a rollercoaster, a vertical fall ride, and other carnival-ish rides. They were fun, no lines, but they were really short too. Great views from high up too. Then we took the cable car back to the entrance, which was pretty awesome. It was too dark for me to get some good pictures, my camera doesn't like night photography, which sucks in HK because we have such awesome night lights (and night life). We tried to take the hot air balloon ride, which was closed, and then see pandas, but they were hiding. We saw some lazy panda butt though. Once again, a great day because of the fun people I was with. We went out for dinner in Central, a Japanese place below KFC, and then had a yummy I don't know what it's called pastry from a bakery, which was good. We headed home since we were all pretty tired and I had class at 9:30 on Thursday. So today is actually Thursday, and now that I've caught up with my blogging I'm probably gonna go out since it's Ladies Night. Having class after the holiday was a little rough. But tomorrow I think I'm going to the beach, which should be pretty nice.

yeah I like how that panda IMMEDIATELY settled down to moon us like 1 second after we arrived. I guess if I were stuck in a medium-sized cage I would also want to extend a big "fuck you" to all the people who came to see me, but that was so rude.
